1. Downloading and install Phoenix launcher 1.3
2. Run and update the database tools - Update ContentDescriptionRecord - Via the Internet.
3. We mount the image of the license in DT.
4. Go to Tools - SID Unpacker, click Scan for SIM-file and set the
download Sid Meier's Civilization V_disk1.sim from the image.
5. Specify the folder to unpack, select the lines with *. ncf file, click extract.
