Tropico 3: Absolute Power to pierwsze rozszerzenie do gry strategiczno-ekonomicznej Tropico 3, w skład którego wchodzi zupełnie nowa kampania single player. Istotne jest to, że wymaga ono od gracza posiadania podstawowej edycji Tropico 3, wydanej na przełomie września i października 2009 roku.

Nowa kampania, podzielona została na dziesięć zróżnicowanych misji. Stworzoną wokół nich historię twórcy osadzili na odseparowanej mapie, składającej się z dziesięciu wysp. W dodatku budując swoją własną republikę możemy wykorzystać szereg niedostępnych wcześniej budynków oraz sześć nowych struktur, wpływając w ten sposób na wygląd otoczenia.

Wcielając się w rolę dyktatora w Absolute Power uzyskujemy również dostęp do nowego rodzaju dekretów, tzw. Megalomania Edicts. Wprowadzając je w życie demonstrujemy swą siłę stawiamy potężne statuy ze złota, organizujemy festiwal swojego imienia, a także wprowadzamy do obiegu własną walutę. W budowaniu potęgi pomaga nam również nowa frakcja Lojalistów. Są to oczywiście najbardziej oddani zwolennicy, pragnący przede wszystkim uczynić gracza dożywotnim dyktatorem, posiadającym własne posągi na rogu każdej ulicy.

* Beautification upgrades for the presidential palace including rooftop pool, extra towers, flags, banners and a larger balcony (which will increase the effects of balcony speeches)
* More icons displaying the status of buildings and displaying input/output storage numbers for selected buildings
* Prevalent Faction - In every sandbox game one faction is chosen as "prevalent" on the island.

3. Install the addon. The original Tropico 3 is required.
4. Copy over the cracked content and when prompted for serial,
