Yes this DLC is free on Games for Windows Live, but ONLY if you have brought a legitimate original copy of the game, it won't download with the cracked version hence why we need an unofficial upload instead. Without this upload you have to be logged into Windows Live in Dirt 3 with an on-line profile registered with a unique game key that is only supplied with an original copy of Dirt 3. If you owned the original, then you can simply download this free DLC by going into the game, then the My Dirt, Extras, Available Add-Ons menu where you'll see "free car pack" as available, but it obviously fails and does nothing when you click on the available DLC with the cracked version.
