OPIS FILMU:
Znakomita adaptacja kultowej powieści Richarda Mathesona o tym samym tytule. Robert Neville (Will Smith) jest genialnym naukowcem. Jednak nawet jemu nie udało się uratować świata przed zagładą. Tajemniczy wirus zabił 90% mieszkańców naszej planety, a pozostałych zamienił w przerażające mutanty. Wszystko wskazuje na to, że Neville jest jedynym zdrowym człowiekiem, który przeżył epidemię. Neville przekonany o tym, że może być ostatnią nadzieją ludzkości, postanawia zrobić wszystko, by znaleźć lekarstwo na wirusa i wyleczyć agresywnych Zarażonych. Wykorzystując własną krew rozpoczyna poszukiwanie lekarstwa, które może uratować ludzkość. Ma jednak świadomość, że Zarażeni z każdym dniem coraz śmielej atakują jego kryjówkę i na znalezienie antidotum ma coraz mniej czasu.
