      Amerykański serial z gatunku science fiction, osadzony w świecie Gwiezdnych wrót. Ekipa badaczy udaje się przez Gwiezdne wrota do zaginionego statku Pradawnych Przeznaczenie dzięki odblokowaniu dziewiątego symbolu na Wrotach. Jak się później okazuje, jest on elementem eksperymentu rozpoczętego prawdopodobnie miliony lat temu. Niestety bohaterowie szybko dowiadują się, że statek nie może wrócić na Ziemię, a uwięzieni na jego pokładzie zostają zmuszeni wyruszyć w nieznane zakątki kosmosu i podjąć wyzwanie dokończenia tego projektu, który polegał na wysłaniu przed nimi innego statku, który rozsiewał sieci gwiezdnych wrót w różnych galaktykach. Projekt został porzucony przez Pradawnych, ponieważ zajęli się ascendencją.
